Tracked and signed deliveries to the United Kingdom, Europe and International countries.

Europe and International

Deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to the import taxes, Vat, duties and customs fees of that country. These additional charges are paid by the customer. Please contact your local authorities about additional charges specific to your country prior to placing an order.

Returns and refund policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order. Should you be unsatisfied please refer to our returns process. We strive to maintain safety of all customers and inspect each item returned.

Email clientcare@dscskincare.com to request a return or refund. Provide the order number and reason for the return. Our Skincare Team will review and provide further details including a returns delivery address where appropriate.

Post items at own cost within fourteen days of receiving your order. We recommend using an insured tracked postage that covers the value as we are not liable for lost or damaged items.

Items with the original packaging intact, unopened, unused and undamaged are accepted for returns and refunds. Should an item received seem defective, please email clientcare@dscskincare.com and our team will assist with how to proceed.

Please retain your poof of postage until the return is processed. Returns and refunds can take up to ten working days to process. Refunds are made to the same payment method used at checkout.
